Hunter Boot - Returned Item But They Have Not Issued a Refund

I returned an ugly pair of clogs. They were an impulse purchase and really were clunky and ugly in person! I have been waiting almost a month and they have refused to issue a refund. They were returned in completely untouched condition as I took one look at them and didn't even try them on. Hunter has perhaps the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No phone support, only online chat "because of COVID". This is 2022, get real. But I suspect they have so many complaints they do not want to subject their agents to a barrage of dissatisfied customers. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT ORDERING ANYTHING FROM HUNTER, ESPECIALLY ONLINE.
