Tricare - No good for veterans. Was this supposed to be a joke, because they’re not help at all

Tri care calls and ask for a preferred time and date that works and you never hear back about appts. I thought this was supposed to help and it’s only made matters worst than ever. Tri care calls several times but no one sets up a darn thing ever!! Then they have the audacity to send letters say that they’re trying to reach you. This is an insult to my husband who was drafted to go over to Vietnam and this is how our government treats them. There’s a place in for all of you that are sitting there at care in the community and tricare that are doing absolutely doing no more if not less than the VA in not taking care of these vets. My background is in HR and I don’t no what or who is over these program, but someone needs to clean house. How can any of you sleep at night knowing you not perform any of your job duties. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life and it hurts to see so many good men and women put they’re lives on the line then and now for your sorry *** poor behavior. I wish all of you that sit they’re feeling entitled get sent to fight in a foreign country only to return and be treated like a foreigner in your own country! Shame on all of you that collect a honest days pay and give a 2 cents about earning it. Now that’s entitlement at its best! Someone should install cameras and recording devices on all of these departments and I’m sure you catch and hear an eye full of total disgust like these veterans do every day they’ try to seek help where there is none. Who’s in charge of quality assurance, if such a thing exist in the government? I’ve even hand some of your employees say to me report me and you see it goes no where! And the sad thing is they were absolutely right, because I’ve tried and no one either returns your calls or they lie and say they will look into the issue and that’s it........I pray that you all realize sooner or later this is bound to affect someone in your family and when it does remember you reap what you sow!

I understand your frustration but remember, veterans health care is run by the government---not the most dependable or knowledgeable of organizations. Contact your congressman and complain and, if you have a specific example(s) then give him the details so he can file a "congressional." Other than that, remember this come election day 2020.
