Ashley Furniture - Lost Furniture

I ordered 2 end tables and a coffee table 2 months. I called ahead of time and told them to give me a call 30 minutes before delivery. I did not get the call and go home to find one table on teh front porch. I called and stayed on hold for over an hour then they hung up on me. I have called several numbers and no one can tell me what happened to my other tables. I cannot even get a number for the home office to file a complaint. I will be cancelling all my other furniture as this is teh 3rd time I have had trouble with Ashley furniture. They do not care about customer service at all.

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE ASHLEY FURNITURE.
