Banggood - Broken Doogee phone

We have exchanged a few letters with customer service. It's as if they are deaf: they apologise and offer points.

They do not understand what the problem is at all. I don't need points, I need a part. The phone I bought is broken. It is one and a half years old, so it is out of warranty.

I understand that, of course.

But the display of the phone (Doogee S88 Plus) is broken (No external physical impact, the display died one moment to the next) and the service in Hungary says there is no spare part. Even if they order from the manufacturer, they don't get a part.

Therefore I can throw the phone in the trash.

And the customer service is not able to understand or help at all. Like a parrot, they repeat: sorry, here are 1000 points

I am outraged, but there is nothing I can do.

(I'm a Hungarian pensioner, 70 years old, I can't afford to buy a new phone every two years.)

It is frustrating.

Sincerely

Gabor Laszlo Fisch
