I purchased a 2015 jeep renegade from Landers Chrysler dodge jeep in Southaven, Ms. The key keeps getting stuck in the ignition. Initially, the service manager tried to act like I was fabricating the story. Well this is my second trip and I been here like three or four hours. I should not be sitting in Landers service department this early. There isn't 3,000 miles on the vehicle.

My question to you is what is your problem that you cannot produce the sixteen oil change receipts?Either you had the oil changed in your vehicle or You didn't point blank. You have to take care of your vehicle if you want your vehicle to perform correctly.Because you are having a problem with your vehicle does not mean everyone is lazy and Do not take care of there vehicle.Evidently you did not have your oil changed at all. This is why i carry my vehicle to the dealership for my oil changes and also inspection. Also it is not expensive like some people think.

Same here... They didn't tell me to provide receipts but I had like 30000 miles and I asked if it was still under warranty and if they could replace the engine and they said they needed to run more tests to see if the warranty could cover it! :(

nissan warranty is 60,000 miles OR 60 months whichever you use first.

Ummmmm..... If you don't change your oil.....guess what?

The engine goes bad!

DUH!Unbelievable how so many people today refuse to take responsability for their actions or lack thereof. Sorry to hear of your concern, but hard lessons are lessons learned.
