eBay - OVERCHARGED by more than $200
Their automated system couldn't hear or understand my answers and would not accept key presses. Totally frustrating and worthless.
Sometimes it works, but eBay has now turned all customers over to AI, and it isn't 'service'; it's endless loops and frustration. The SOBs even say they'll call you back, but after repeated attempts, no call ever came. So they lie shamelessly to customers. I have had several experiences where the wrong items came, or the item that arrived was obviously of lower quality than advertised or pictured.
Once there's a problem, as I said, it's damn near impossible to resolve it. eBay was better; now it has turned to *** Don't use eBay!

I've been an eBay shopper over the years. But I'm going to stop using the platform.
