Diamond Strong Fitness And Cryotherapy - NOTIFICATION OF PAYMENT
My son has been a member of this gym for over 2 years. It was set up for automatic payment as a must. My son did not realize the consequences and did not read his emails. His key did not work to get in so he assumed his membership was canceled. Even though he did not read his emails he was not given any other notification by phone message or mail. My son finally got some money from his tax return and all his money was with drawn for two months with NSF FEES and no access to the gym. 160.00. They still want to withdraw for this month because he has not given written notification for canceling his membership. How can we fight this? from: Frustrated
