American Home Shield - Service request 8/21

Hi,

I have contacted through several times. I have an open service request since 8/21 due to my AC being broken.

8/23 contractor came to my house and put a request for the blower wheel. After not hearing from ahs I have called everyday only to be given the run around and basically being told that the back office is busy and has not gotten to ordering my part. I have made it clear that I have my 87 year old grandpa that is unable to move from his bed and experiencing heat waves through out California putting up with 110 degree weather. There has been no follow up and every time I speak to someone else the story changes, they seem to apologize for the inconvenience but do not do anything to solve my issue.

One day Im told the part has been ordered, another day that the back office is looking for the part and today I was told that everything was put on hold because of a cash out option which is not even something I went through with and was an option offered to me which I declined since they told me they would cancel contractor and service order.

This is not the type of service anyone should be receiving regardless of their issue, I truly feel I am being discriminated against due to the fact that Im trying to make my 87 year old and young kids a priority. I truly hope someone gets to read this and acts on my claim as soon as possible.
