Discounted Wheel Warehouse - 4 and 4
Ordered rim and tire package, told 4 days to ship that was almost a month ago, still no wheels! I spent at least 4 to 5 hours a week on hold just to get the run around and no call backs as promised! The salesmen are completely useless, the manager will not return your calls and you can not speak with the warehouse because they don't have a phone in that building.yeah right! 4 grand and 4 weeks later i hope to get my stuff in a few days. Finally saw it shipped out ups, hope to get my stuff in a few days! I'm not holding my breath!

Horrible service...stuff came on time but the balancing is waaaay off and they will not pay for a balance because it was past 48 hours after i told them about it.....my rims and tires came when i was on my honeymoon, they sat in my garage for a like 2 weeks till i put them on, when i put them on i noticed the pull and vibration...no my local dealer has to put them on some "smart track" machine and balance as best as possible for 60 bucks an house cause them bums dont know what they are doing.....dont buy anything from them!
Same here man, took me a month and a half to get the rims. I guess they don't like to return phone calls either.
On top of that, they didn't even balance the tires correctly!!! I had to have the dealership do it. DO NOT DEPEND ON THEM TO KNOW BEST SiZE FOR YOUR VEHICLE EITHER!!!
Yea, lets find the biggest rims we can possibly fit. I dont know about you, but I hate my great gas mileage.
