Megabus - Insane turn around mid trip - added over an hour to trip.

After stopping at a rest stop, the bus driver waited an extra 5min to ensure all passengers were on board. After setting off and driving for over 30min, we were hailed by a policeman who ordered the bus driver to turn around and drive back to the rest stop to pick up 2 people who had been left behind (despite clear instructions and extra time given...) The poor bus driver had no choice, and so turned around to return and added over 2 hours to our trip (once we got to the rest stop, the lady wouldn't get on the bus because everyone looked angry...). Almost 50 other passengers were on board the bus and so were all inconvenienced. I called megabus support to ask why this was happening and to get a refund on my tickets (my family had a booking in Houston that we would now be late for), and I was put on hold then disconnected, then after calling back and asking to speak to a supervisor I was denied any information about what was going on, being told that was 'internal details' that she couldn't discuss with passengers and that if I was unhappy I should write them an email. When I asked for a reference number for the call to put in my complaint email, she hung up on me. Pretty great service.... I'll see
