They sold me a weightloss package that is now out of business. I told them specifically to PUT IT BACK 9N MY CARD but they do what they always do...give you a credit.

Then you have to fight with them to get your money back. I hate this.

They promised certain gifts as a reward, but they are not being processed. I don't think I'm receiving them, but I can't reach a live person to find out. It is all useless AI.

My account has been hacked into and FB will not help or respond. They allow other people to set up pages to supposedly help you but you don't know who they are and they charge you for their services.

My account was hacked I thought i would just start a new one but that was two much trouble now i have two. The problem is they are inextricably linked so that no matter which account i try to login to it always goes to my old one.

I wsnt my new one deleted.

I cant even change my old pw because it requires using sms or whatsapp and for whatever reson i do not receive anything from you on those.

Messenger allows me to change the pw in my new account but it still only OPENS UP TO MY OLD ACCOUNT. please help

I forgot my password and never could get back online. Noone could reset it for me and I was on the phone total of 8-10 hours
