Netspend - Be prepared to go through ***

After speaking to a rep I could barely understand I sent in documents to prove identity...id was rejected because it was the temp id the state issues while you wait for the hard copy..the rep never explained it had to be the hard copy, then she said I didn't have to worry about proof of address due to the address on id being correct but NetSpend is still asking for it. It takes hours for them to respond after u send the stuff, like people have time for the run around

While shopping I hear the owner referring to his daughter saying she needs to quit listening to *** music! That is very offensive and if you are a racist then you need to be out in the woods living not operating a business

Netspend - If you need customer support you will need an interpreter

Anytime I have to call customer service I have to deal with people who I can't understand and they can't understand me. It's frustrating and time consuming. I was adding my son to my account, online I put his info in and two days later without notice my acct is locked! Why wouldn't I have been contacted, they said they need his documents sent when I finally understood their operator, but why block my access for that. I sent in the requested documents but have to wait 6 hours for a reply, this didn't have to happen if I had been asked for the proof at the time I added him. They are unprofessional at times and make hardships for customers. I have been with them for years

NetSpend posting late

For at least five years I have had NetSpend with no issues. Get my survivor benefits posted the Friday prior always by noon. And now today it's almost three and no deposit. It's unreliable.
