Conns - Overpaid account

Ive called and left 5 messages with your finance dept. They have yet to reach out to me. I was on a 12 month interest free account, I had my bank issue a check. When they called yall gave them them wrong payoff and overpaid. Now no one will return my call to explain or possibly correct the issue.

As an ex customer rep for billing dep. We couldnt return calls for payed off accounts, they can get sued.

You can keep insisting by calling and asking to speak to a supervisor.

Or the supervisors supervisor from billing dept. If there is an overpayment for the most part it gets mailed to you takes about 60 days (not sure why so long) but keep in mind that even if its interest free they still charge quiet a few surpise charges that total to around $50-$200 depending on amount spent
