. I took my 2020 Volkswagen Atlas to have it service on 8/15/2022. I asked for an oil change. I dropped my Vehicle off at 7:00 am and picked it up at 3:00pm. I also had other things being done to my car. My complaint is only about the oil change. After I picked up my car on my way home, I checked the Multi-Point Vehicle inspection form. There was only 2 boxes checked off, they were (I/P radio operation/ condition) and (Upholstery/Carpet/ floor-mats/mirrors / glass). And I still had the old sticker from my previous oil change. I called the service consultant, I won't revel his name. I told him, I still have the old sticker on my windshield from my last oil change and my Multi Point Vehicle Inspection was not fully completed it only has 2 boxes marked. The service consultant looked up my service on the computer while I was on the phone and stated that nothing was there. I stated if nothing's there did I get an oil change or did the technician just top off my oil. The service consultant said he would fill out a Vehicle inspection form. I said I'm turning my car around, went back to get my new service sticker and a completed Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection form. I'm at the dealership. Got my new sticker and went over my vehicle inspection form. This time all the boxes were marked. I noticed that there was a check on the yellow box, it stated Wiper blades/arms including rear may require attention in the near future. I just put new windshield wipers on three weeks ago. This did not set well with me. Now I know it didn't get my service I paid 105.00 for. Also, the next day my car was making a loud noise, that I didn't have before, my car was quiet. I called the service consultant again, he was busy with a costumer and was supposed to call me back, but! Did not. I received a call from the service consultant on 8/17 /2022 he asked me to bring my car in, so they can look at it. I returned to the dealership on 8/18/2022. I asked to speak to the manger. I explain to the service manager my concern. I won't revel his name. I stated that I should not be feeling like I paid for a service that didn't get done. I showed the paper work that I had. I stated that the vehicle inspection form was probably from my last oil change. The service manager asked me what he could do. I stated that you can give me the oil change that I paid for. The service manager looked at the service consultant and said, give her an oil change. I also requested pictures showing the work being done. I forgot to mention I checked my oil before I brought my car back, the oil was dark, and my fluids were low. After I got my oil change, the service consultant showed me pictures from his cell phone of the oil change as I requested. I was right, the oil change was not done. I forgot to mention that the filter was supposed to be changed also. On the second vehicle inspection form that was given to me. There was a check in the yellow box, it said cabin filter (may require attention in the near future) If I just had an oil and filter change, why would the technician mark the yellow box. This was another sign that the oil change was not done. Also, the tire Depth marked yellow / 32 for all 4 tires. And a check in yellow saying tires (wear pattern and thread depth) may require attention in the near future. Now my oil change is complete, I have my 3rd Multi -Point Vehicle Inspection form. I look over it. The wipers blade arms including rear still has a check in the yellow, even though I just got new windshield wipers. I will be contacting safe-lite who put the new windshield wipers on. The cabin filter was marked in the green on the third Vehicle inspection form. On the 2nd, inspection form, remember it's marked in the yellow. Lastly, the Tread Depth was marked 7/32 on the 3rd Vehicle inspection from for all 4 tires. On the 2nd Vehicle inspection form, it says yellow / 32 for all 4 tires. Now I have 3Multi-Pointt Vehicle Inspection forms for an oil and filter change that I was supposed to get on 8/ 15 /2022. All 3 of the forms have different things marked. On my invoice that I received on 8/15/2022, where it says (customer States). The service consultant but what I felt was going on with my car which was the coolant evaporating. Where it says parts, the service consultant put. Pressure tested cooling system for 30 minutes, checked for external Leaks, none at this time, Vehicle operating Per Volkswagen intent and design, For customer peace of mind/ satisfaction requested customer to return in 1,000 miles from now to recheck coolant system.

Part C says Perform Express Oil Change Service Perform Synthetic Oil and Filter Change.

On the new Invoice that I received for my oil change on 8/ 18/ 2022 In the parts section the service consultant wrote Perform Express oil change ) Perform Synthetic oil and filter change parts) Performed and completed oil change service with inspection. Topped off

fluids/ Adjusted and set all tire pressure to factory specification. All Fluids level to proper levels Now Part C (Customer Satisfaction)

( Customer States) was left blank. The service consultant did not write my concern. Which was, I did not get an Oil and Filter Change that I paid for. And requested to have my oil and filter Change and to take pictures showing proof that the Oil and Filter Change was done. This is unacceptable, If I decide to go back to the *** Hannah Dealership on Burnside, I will request that the Technician never touch my car again. Also who knows how many customers and how many times this technician has done this to.
