My password wasn't working, and it's the second time this has happened. I would request a password reset and the reset email would never come.
Then, I would try to call them; no luck. There is a message that states," we have made some changes to our customer service and provide limited interaction". All this means is they provide a text, email, and live chat option that is only provided if you can log into your account. Pointless, if your purpose for contacting a customer is to attain access to your account in the first place.
Yet, the requests keep coming in, and they still keep pulling funds from your account.
Because you can't communicate with clients efficiently if you don't set up a direct link to your bank account. You are not visible to potential clients directly on their platform is you are, once again, linked directly to your bank account for auto draw to just talk to a client.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
User's recommendation: Don't use this platform. You are better off spending the money on your own marketing.
