Made reservaions for Mothers Day, confirmed but was not set at requested table. Mentioned when we were seated incorrect, nothing done. Waiter very helpful, no issues (DuWayne). After dinner went to manager to voice complaint about seating issues, noise of silverware being 'dumped' in trays by bus staff, surrondings and lack of beverages (they ran out due to being busy for holiday. Printed confirmation of reservation with specific instructions given to manager as proof of table request. Manager apologized and made necessary COMPS for the dinner. Will visit again. This was Bucca de Beppo in Lombard, Illinois, manager on duty Emily.

Placed order 4/15 received confirmation and notification confirmed and deduction of funds for order on same date for dining set. Product supposedly shipped 4/20 and in possession of NationalLogistics on 4/21. Per site 'white glove delivery', and should be delivered in 1-3 weeks. Product is still not here and no idea on when it will deliver. I beleive I just read in the Chicago SunTimes that there is federal law that deals with companies that don't deliver as stated. Next step find that law. The only thing that they have offered is a 10% refund so far ($40). NOT happy. I paid $100 for shipping, the 10% doesn't even cover the freight.
