What a stupid design. Engineers missed it on this one (as they do most things engineered by humans): Screws are non-ferous, so even the strongest magnetic screwdrivers don't help. You will need to glue each of three screws with "Goop" glue to the screwdriver when attaching the fan motor to the ceiling-mounted housing - in this step one hand is holding the entire motor, the other a screwdriver (you don't have a third one, and if you did, fingers aren't long enough to hold each screw between a three inch wide recessed opening to the screw holes!) Proving the *** who designed the fan never attempted to mount it before manufacturing it! Why the screws aren't made of steel, and only pot metal??? Who was the CEO or efficiency expert that said they could save a penny per unit on this design? I have been designing products, evaluating them as a consumer advocate for only 40 years, and have an IQ of 160 and an amazing mechanical design score. I probably don't know what I'm talking about....NOT! Don't waste your money on this Chinese-made POS. Buy a German fan and convert the windings to 117VAC 60Hz.

Epitome of incompetency and abysmal follow-up. Only one card was ever sent out for a joint account (usually that means more than one person on the account!). I requested the other card in the other name. Five months passed without one ever being mailed. I went into a Union Bank branch (in Big Bear, Ca) and requested this card. Union Bank mailed a duplicate card with the same name as the one and only we had *** I then went into the home branch in Carlsbad and requested this a second time in the correct name. Five weeks passed, no card mailed. I went in again, complained and requested this once again, in the correct name to a representative and the branch manager, Kenny Reykes. I was told one would be Fedex'ed the next day, or Friday. Friday and Saturday came and went without delivery. Six months to try to get the second account holder card without any help or follow-up after numerous requests, and one incorrect card mailed. Abysmal. This bank also is not accredited or participate in ConsumerAffairs accreditation - read the abysmal reviews there.

Paid $1200 for *** dug to see the clay sewer pipe connection to city iron connector was leaking. But camera showed problem was 6 feet from hole. For $600 they hydrojetted the 60 foot length, and said it was warranted for 6 months. Jammed up only three months later...called to have warranty honored. Ali stated it would be another $279 for service call. As a global Consumer Advocate who posts problems like this with products and services; launches FTC and other international investigations (including suits), you can bet I am going to do more than Yelp about this.
