Warranty return of a defective mattress that JCPenney is supposed to credit my card for old mattress.

10 year warranty on my old mattress purchased in 2018. JCPenney is supposed to credit my account after I purchased new mattress. After a month of phone calls still no credit on my account. Hours and hours on hold with customer service, 10 different people! Unacceptable answers from almost all of them. Still on hold waiting!! I will never buy anything else from JCPenney.
