Bread Financial - Rates are very good but customer service is terrible.

Questions posted online are ignored. Reps answering phone after long wait do not speak English clearly and supply different answers to the same question. Applications are rejected without explanation. POD beneficiary process is needlessly complex. Discourages future business. Generally labor intensive compared to competition.

User's recommendation: Avoid if you have limited time to deal with issues.
