Pearson Education - Don't Use Pearson

On Jun 3,2022, I had to pay Pearson Education $109 for an online study product called "MyLab Math with Pearson eText -- 24-Month Instant Access -- for Precalculus" for my summer precalculus algebra class this summer from Jun 6 to Jul 29, 2022. It is mandatory for my college's class.

Our class ended on Jul 29, 2022, but Aug 3, when I was trying to log in to study and review, I lost all my access to my 24-month subscription.

I just have used it for two months so far.

The reason I bought this 24-month Instant subscription is in this coming fall semester it is still mandatory for us to use the same textbook and material with the same professor for the second half of the book, the precalculus trigonometry as suggested by our professor.

Now I was trying to log in to study the new stuffs, but I can't, even I already paid the 24-month INSTANT access.

I got misled by their name "24-month Instant Access", actually they only gave you two months, and not instant at all.

I asked their customer service, but they didn't care. I said I need to talk to their manager, and I was told that even the manager would tell me the same thing. Then the manager emailed me saying that even for the next semester using the same textbook and material, my 24-month Instant access would still not be available, and I need to buy a new subscription again.

And they are even giving me an option to resume my subscription by paying more $20 for the next three years, which is more than ridiculous. I need my rebate!
