Conns - Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Poor policies and procedures for defective merchandise. Does NOT want to issue full refund, only wants to replace. Reps are useless.

GE Brand new AC that was dead out of the box. I have been told 4 different stories on how to resolve and the next person tells me that I was told wrong. You cannot get anyone who knows how to do anything other than read a script. They are telling me they will not give a full refund unless they charge me a restocking fee. That's a fee that they should be able to recoup from the manufacturer to begin with. This is a rip off company. Do NOT do business with them
