Its gotten to the point where info not know how anyone who works FOR shellpoint can sleep at night knowimg THEY are outright part of a company who STEALS HARD WORKING INNOCENT PEOPLES HOMES WHO R JUST TRYING TO LIVE DAY BY DAY DOING WHATS RIGHT TAKE CARE OF THIER OWN BEST WAY THEY KNOW HOW. I HAD ANSWERED A FORECLOSURE BQCK IN 2019 AND NUCH TO MY SURPRISE WAS IN RECT OF AN EMAIL JUST TODAY DATED DAYS AGO FROM SHELLPOINT STATONG THEY HAD A HEARING SCHEDULED FOR DAM TMRW.
AFTER ALL OF THIS THEY KNOW THE ONLY TO WIN OS BY DOING DIRTY AND MAKIMG IT SO I LOOKED *** I NEVER SHOWED AND THEYD OF GOTTEN MY HOME AFTER ALL OF THIS. TG ITS NOW RESCHEDULED FOR JUNE AND IVE FORWARDED IT ALL TO MY ATTY..I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT THERE R PEOPLE WHO COULD ACTUALLY BE OK W STEALIMG FOR BO GAON OF THEIR OWN JUST STAUS AMONG THOSE JUST AS DIRTY AS THEM

Shellpoint mortgage was the 3rd services assigned to my note. The debt was apparently bought by six different Bank or mortgage companies just since 2010, I've lived in my home for 20 years now. Any way in 2010 my loan serviced by Bayview assigned by both JP Morgan Chase and Us Bank BTW 2010 and 2013 however never filed a record of deed in my district courts of Delaware County in Pa. Record of deeds office. During that. Statement had recv a loan modification which extended my payment years bringing my 25 year note to a 32 yr note which within the first five years flattened out at a ride in interest fee to a whopping 6.95 per cent and apparently added over 20,000 to the balance of my debt. Not one company this note was service by was ever opened with a positive escrow like it should of but shellpoint leveled the playing field dirtier than any of them in the past..they sent me directly to foreclosure stating they had full control over account as of 2/15/18 and sent me a notice to accelerate foreclosure proceeding as of 4/6/18 EVEN THOUGH I HAD SENT THEM AND THE CS OF PRIOR SERVICER HAD SENT THEM OK ACCOUNT IN GOOD STANDING AND CURRENT DUE TO A MODIFICATION THEY JUST FINALIZED IN 11/2017 DIRECTLY THEN FLIPPING MY MORTGAGE TO US BANK ON 122017 FINALIZING 2/2018. WELL THEY HAD FINALLY GOT A JUDGE TO SIGN THE MOTION TO DISCLOSE AFTER A BOTCHED BANKRUPTCY WAS DISMISSED NOT ONCE BUT TWICE.YET MY ATTY THE JUDGE AND THEMSELVES WERE PERFECTLY AWARE THAT THEY WERE CONTACTING ME THROUGHOUT THE BANKRUPTCY YET NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED THAT AS ILLEGAL NOT EVEN MY BOGUS ATTY JEANINE MARIE CELLA AND HER INCOMPETENT FOH PARALEGAL STAFF. *******WHAT DID I DO..
