I called more than a dozen times only to get a message they were busy, my phone won't take unknown callers and the message said to call support...WHY no one answers calls. My grill is less than two years old, was a birthday gift I don't have the bill of sale, and now i can't use it!!!
I emptied the pellet hopper and tried to free the auger , it moves Slowly for not even a quarter turn and stops. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, guess they made the sale and don't care once they have your money.
I will say when it worked it did a fine job but it stopped while i was smoking a beef brisquet and had to finish it in the oven inside.
