ATT - Terrible customer service/Management

My cell service is terrible with ATT. After attempts to resolve the issue with multiple dropped calls I spoke with a manager, and asked if there was a way to reduce the device cost they wanted me to pay while leaving. She compared my issue with wanting to return a car because it has bad gas mileage. WHAT! I tried to correct her and she would not let me talk and then hung up on me. I did not swear at her, yell at her or say anything derogatory. She just wouldn't let the customer talk when I tried to tell her she was wrong in that analogy. Never again ATT!!! I left Verizon to get a deal on my Directv. Big freaking mistake, Verizon rules and I will never leave again. By the way Miss Manager! It is more like the engine doesn't run in my car and they cant fix it when it is a couple months old. At least you get a warranty. Sorry, but car dealerships would actually try to fix problems with their product, especially if it is only a few months old.. I know I signed a contract, but they could have offered me something, or for me to return my phones, or a bit of a discount for the terrible service I've encountered. Don't waste your time with this company.
