I had my newly purchased 2018 car for less than a week and took it to Xtreme Window Tint on 3945 Carothers Parkway they did a good job on the tint, but when I got home I had a scratch on my car to the paint and a dent. I was not as sure about the dent, because I did not see the dent. My husband and I went over the car real good when we bought it and it has been in the garage for the most part, so the dent could have happened there. The scratch however, I am sure they did it, because I personally put strips on before I brought it there and I was looking right at the spot it is. When I got home from the tint job. As soon as I got out to look at the tint there it was, in plain sight. I called them and they said I could come in the next day to look at he video. I looked at the video with one of the employees and we saw when it happened plain as day. Later the guy that did it said, he was sorry that he had a new tool that was metal and sharp that he showed me he got from a vender. They said, "they would not be using that any more. They tried to buff it and a guy in the body shop said, "He would wet sand it and match up really well if I would come back at 4;30. A guy came by while we were talking and said, they couldn't have done it, that it was to high on the car. I told the guys standing there how could that guy say that when it is just the height for a problem around pocket level. He said, " he is arrogant," I called my husband and he said, he would call them. He called me back saying the owner said, 'it did not happen. I come in early before 4 and see the owner talking with the body guy. He saw me drive right passed him, I waited about 20 minutes or more and he did not come up there. So, I seen the guy that said, he did. He told me he was sorry. but the owner makes the last call and they could not do anything else. They were trying to do the right thing. He finally shows up and is not going to try to spot paint my car even when it really needs to do the whole panel as I was told by a car repair shop. I was just trying to be okay with that if it would work and would let it go if it worked. The owner was so manipulating saying what I did not say and speeding up the video. I saw early two times where it could have happened. I told him that he started the video over a couple of times speeded up and I never saw what we saw early. Hid employees would not stand by there previous admissions. I asked him if he was the man that walked by and said, they couldn't have done it without being the one that did it, could he make that claim I asked the two employees and one sais, 'he is arrogant, so the owner asked him if he said that and of course he denied it. I felt sorry for them in away, because they wouldn't even talk about it with me and said, they could not do anything, because it was up to the owner. There is no doubt they scratched my car and how hard would it be to let the body shop paint that spot, I never got to see if they caused the dent, he said, I was trying to accuse them of that, but I never did that I just said, I would like to see the video to see if that happened here, too. It is a brand new car that I have had less then a week. I am retired due to illness and I do not drive much and this is the only place it could have happened. I saw the video that showed it when I first saw it with the employees, the employee apologized, and the other employer said, was there and agreed with what I saw, I was showed the metal tool he used that scratched the car, he just got. but, the owner was not the honorable person that his employees where trying to be. He repeatedly said things to me that I never said. I told him that you are putting words in my mouth and I am a honest person and would take a lie-detector test to prove all these things happened as I said. Even though the tent looks good so far, I would discourage anyone from going there, in case something goes wrong he will not take care of the customer. I can not ever trust this guy with anything I own. Buyer beware and do not go through what I have.
