Ramada by Wyndham - Wrongly charged

We booked the hotel because it was advertised as a pet friendly hotel. We took our dogs there, they said sure that is fine, then called us a couple hours later and said they were kicking us out. We went back and got our very small dogs and left the property. They charged us for two nights and we did not even stay one night! They entire staff was the dirtiest and meanest I have ever witnessed! Jasmine and Tammi offered the worst customer service I have EVER witnessed!! BEWARE!!!

We had bed bugs and still do. Plus me and my fiance are moving our whole life for his job transfer we thought the name Ramada Inn was enough to put our trust in but the staff was very neglectful along with management.

They stopped responding to where our luggage is/went along with the bed bugs . Any suggestions? Did their team reach back to you and yours?
