Z Gallerie - Won't return my money

I just need to speak to someone other than the people I have been speaking to. Hard to understand and I want someone that is able to do something about this.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE...
Placed an order with Zgallery because they had products in stock. Everytime I called they did not know where the order was.

Then they told me out of the 5 pieces 4 were damaged.

When I went to cancel the order they wanted to charge me restocking fees, delivery fees to send back etc. Hard to understand employees, unorganized!!!

If you give me your email I can send you the emails that went back and forth. This doesn't include the daily 45 minute phone calls to people I could hardly understand.

I have furnished 3 homes with Z Gallery furniture down to the wine glasses, things have really changed since day one dealing with Z Gallery, not for the better, such a shame.
