MLB Network - Need help

Hi, I basically have a extremely handicapped sister that lives in a facility that does not have the Houston Astros available. After reading that I could get MLB on her IPad, I got it immediately.

1st day, got that Astros game. 2nd day, it stated "blackout area", 3rd or 4th game got to watch, now I'm getting "blackout" all the time. I contacted MLB and the girl said "no, its blacked out" in that area and you never could have gotten them. I'm not hear to argue, I'm trying to get my bed ridden sister, that cannot even communicate with anyone other then a thumbs up or down the ability to watch the Astros "just to get 2 1/2 hours of life behind her".

Yep, legs paralyzed, right arm pulled all the way up to her shoulder, left arm can barely function to get a thumbs up or down and was born deaf, so she can't hear and obviously cannot use sign-language. That's why i thought MLB was perfect for her.
