Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

Full amount for subscription taken without prior notice and parcel has gone missing with Royal Mail. The customer service department were fantastic and a refund is being sorted and they are looking into where my parcel has gone . Very pleased with the very polite and professional service I received

User's recommendation: Good value for money excellent products , I just can’t afford it at the moment.
