Verified BuyerWisely by ADP - They allowed fraudulent charges to be taken out of my account.
When I first notified Wisely of this issue, I waited for over 42 minutes on hold to reach someone. I told them the story and waited 10 days and I called again.
I spoke with several people, but there wasn't anyone available that could give me any answers about my money. The customer service folks could not connect me with a manager, supervisor or anyone that could make a decision.
I got the agent on the phone to agree that the charges were obviously fraudulent just by the fact that there was $179.65 being charged on my card as "preauthorization" for a $1.99 purchase. Just on the face of it, it looks like fraud and that's why I think it's probably an inside job.

Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Check your balance every hour and call immediately, if you see something amiss. You may not get any help, but at least you have a record of the call having been made on your own phone. DO NOT make online purchases with the wisely card. You may have to eat any fraudulent charges.
