Don't walk, Run from this company! I called them out to repair a 1.5 year old oven and they made an appointment for soonest which was 3-days out, then when the appointment day arrived and went I had to call and reschedule for a week later. They finally arrived and identified the problem, which was the igniter. I paid them $460 for the part installed (which is nearly the price of the oven brand new) and the part they installed failed 9-months later. They advertise a "Neighborly done right promise" which has a 1-year warranty on all parts and labor for residential homes, yet when I called them and they told me they don't participate in that..... So they don't participate in their written guarantee, WHAT A JOKE! This company is a SCAM, DONT USE!

User's recommendation: Don't honor advertised warranty.

Randall Reeds Planet Ford - They dont care about you after they get paid

Unbelievable...it has been a MONTH since I left a review about Planet Ford and they replied to the complaint with a request I send my contact info to an email address, which I did on March 26 so they could address the issue and it has now been a month and STILL NO REPLY. I cant believe and dont understand why NO ONE at Planet Ford will contact me back or address their mistake!

I still cant open the back door of my 2017 F250 and the repair their body shop clear coated over dirt. I dont know how this company is still in business with this type of customer service!

I had what I thought was a great experience at Planet Ford turn bad because of mistakes made by their employees and no desire or attempt to address them: I sent the below email to Chris (my service advisor) on March 4 as well I left him a voice mail at 9:00am that same day and STILL have not received a call back?? 22-days and no response... I brought my vehicle into the body shop and service department to have body work completed as well as recall and additional electrical work done. During the recall work performed on the door locks of my 2017 Ford F250 they did not hook the drivers side rear door back up, so you cannot get out of the vehicle from inside (yes I checked the child locks and it is not on) I also noticed in the sun that the passenger door of truck that they completed body work on, has tons of imperfections. It appears that they clear coated over dirt? I was originally impressed with the speed of getting work completed, but that is all gone since I cannot get a reply back form anyone in the company about fixing their mistakes

SaferWholesale - DONT BUY HERE! RUN!

I made a $10,000 purchase from this company and have regretted it ever since! Pay more $ with anyone else, you wont regret it! I bought a UTV for my kids on November 4th and it was intended to be a Christmas gift, the company promised I would have no issue getting it delivered to my home before December 25th. Needless to say it arrived on January 2nd and that was after calling "safer wholesale" (aka, Great Sports Inc) for 3-weeks straight. Every time I called the representatives were EXTREMELY RUDE! They actually call you names and belittle you! Unbelievable! One of their representatives named "Arty" actually used profanities multiple times during our conversation and called me "retarded" well I just received a call from them today 4/26 since I am trying to get the title for the UTV since they never sent it to me and no surprise, Once again the guy on the other end of the phone was a COMPLETE ***! He belittled me for 3-minutes, asking me "dont you even know your own email address", "what is wrong with you" , "you can just start the whole process over again" AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME! I am not the type to complain and that is why only now I am, because other consumers need to BEWARE and not get caught up with this company like I am. I will make sure to put this warning on every internet website that allows me to."
