absolutely nothing wrong with my phone, but I noticed I still had not cancelled Applecare so we will see what they have to say since they must fix their damaged phone! what a joke $370.00 to $70.00! The worse part is Phobio is an Apple company!

Please see attached file showing that they "DO NOT" have "INTERSTATE COMMERCE" THEY CAN ONLY MOVE WITHIN INDIANA! I am working on having their license to do business taken away period!

Gurley Leep car dealership in Mishawaka I went to always thought they were great dealership and was in full disclosure with the huge iPad they have for signing documents and they had hidden a $299 policy that places a permanent Identification code on your car in case it gets stolen, and if it gets stolen and not recoverable within 30 days it would pay if new (5 years), used (3 years) will pay me $2,500 or the purchase amount or value of car whichever is the lessor. Why the *** would I want such a thing and of course when I found it later, they would not give me my money back because it was after the thirty days. I couldn't believe that to them it was worth losing a customer over $299, yea I should have been watching what I was I was signing, its a little difficult when your disabled but really why would anybody want such a policy on a new vehicle, that is why you have car insurance, it was very deceptive. First, the never gave me a copy of the Installment contract, or the policy and the finance guy would never return my call, they lost the title work and the sales guy had to send me the paperwork through email. I ended up not liking the car at all and traded it in on a Honda CRV Hybrid that they did not have and couldn't get, but I wanted to buy the warranty through them but since they would not return my money I decided to screw that I will get it somewhere else. I could not believe that this is the kind of *** Gates did and ended up on the cover of Ripped off Magazine.Wtf

The company MOVEEAZE owned by Gerry Jones, Dustin & Wendy Keefe, John Jones as noted on their website. I hired MOVEEAZE to move me on December 30, 2019, with an estimate with Insurance, and service charge, I did ask about the charge because when I read the documentation on dot.gov, they did not follow the guidelines, I did say I didnt want their valuation insurance but later said my insurance company does not cover any damage caused by their company and to leave it alone. They did make a note on my copy that I have only that they subtracted the amount of 25$ service fee and I signed off. On December 30, 2020, I told everyone (I told them before they started I am disabled and cannot move much if anything is broken tell me right-away). After they were finished they gave me the final bill I asked if anything was broken, they said no and I left each person 25$, so after I went through most everything I took pictures of the damage and lost hardware to my beds, I board I found in a dresser to my furniture they at first didnt want to email back and forth but talk on the phone, I was against this, (as I wanted a record) so I recorded the phones calls and have copies of all the emails.

5 20 2020 -I talked with the State of Indiana DOR.IN.GOV, they cannot rent a truck, or use their trucks and move anything intrastate (State to State), they currently do not have a license to move but only within the state of Indiana. Regardless, they have no defense as there are many regulations to move to State to State.

Today (5/20/2020) I received a letter from their attorney, you will have to read it, it's about as much screwed up as their company is. Can you believe this company has the balls to get an attorney for this?

I have NOT harassed anybody, all I did was email them or write letters to which I have full documentation, poor Wendy and MOVEEAZE, they just don't know me yet. Wait till I report all these to the other websites, doing the right thing in business, or personally, is just the right thing. Ignoring the reported issue, not filing a claim, or even coming to see the damage is just poor service if you look at anything look at missing hardware from my beds?

The damage to some of the furniture I purchased at Macy's, the law allows me this right to make a complaint, I am doing so everywhere I can, this is not how I wanted to handle it. Also, see a letter that Wendy wrote to BBB which I have to write back and show proof.

This company moved my home from South Bend IN. to Benton Harbor MI. on December 30, 2019, when they were done, I left a tip of 25$ per person and signed what they asked me to sign. When I started unpacking, I noticed some of my brand-new furniture was damaged, took pictures before I moved them anywhere, I had two back surgeries so I cannot move stuff by myself. I got into bed and it was shaking, so I found only half the screws were put in and then went to the other bed and found half screws, so they lost hardware to my new beds, (my furniture except one piece) is a little over 12 months old, they even took pictures before they moved my stuff, I haven't even paid it off yet. I called, sent them pictures, they wanted to talk on the phone, I said no let's email, he said it's better on the phone, anyway later he comes back and said I did it, I can deal with it. I also found out they are not Interstate commerce, (they can only move stuff in Indiana), so I filed a complaint. So they sent a letter saying that I signed off all liability, I did not think I had to walk around the house and check their work, and truly I didnt sign off from what my attorney says, see a copy of the letter I sent back!

The information you receive is very inaccurate, I entered a number I knew was wrong on website to get information on getting a quote for steel roofs, they picked the number up in days and it was shown on their report, so the information they get is sold from other vendors all exported to this database as well others for you to purchase and find the most inaccurate information, as well as website’s like zabasearch.com, beenverified.com, nuwber.com, peoplefinders.com, www.peoplesmart.com, thatsthem.com, usa-people-search.com, and by far the worse site is mylife.com who gives a reputation score, you can give a person a score with how many peoples name you want and watch the score go to crap (just make sure you're on a VPN or a web browser that hides your IP address among other things). Just because it’s very accurate, it gives you a written report that is wrong and is not against the law, on the bright side you can file a lawsuit and win major money, if it causes you major harm, soon to come I propose is a huge class-action lawsuit for all the attorney's to get rich. To get a background check on someone it’s usually not a monthly fee unless you plan to do many, it’s very accurate because if someone gives you a written report that is wrong is against the law, on the bright side you can file a lawsuit and win major money, soon to come I propose is a huge lawsuit. There are good actual background check sites that are very reputable, background checks don't give out information, they just verify the information you sent them, and any public records like SSN Trace, Sex Offender Search, Global Watch list Search, National Search, County Searches will show up, or answer

This was the fault of the Office Manager at the time this happened, I don't know if she is related to the Dr or not, regardless she should have to take some serious customer service classes and Medicaid training course, I don't like to see anybody get fired but there was a lot of hate going on for no reason. I was told that this was not the first time, I truly wonder if she was taking money from Medicaid and the Customer.

Update 12/20/2019, nothing like Christmas at (Ironwood Family Dentist) Dr. Russell Murphy's office, and helping those in need, what a joke.

Medicaid is taking care of it, but before they stepped in, prior to this I was told to file complaints to States Attorney's Office, CFPB.gov, Credit Card Company as well as filing a complaint with Medicaid, and a couple of other agencies. -Something to learn out of this is simple, when you are trying to resolve a problem with an erratic “so-called Office Manager” just stop, it will only get you more upset and make matters worse, I already know from when Dr. Murphy called me back he was lied to by his staff person (Office Manager) it was going know where regardless he took her side (more than likely a family member) as well as other employees and nothing got resolved and in the meantime your still out your money.

Just file a complaint with those agencies, write a complaint here. Wait about thirty days, you have no choice until after they have completed their investigation.

STAY AWAY, Office Manager Carrie is rude tried to file a complaint to Medicaid against me (it's just a note) which failed miserably when she showed her actions over the phone to Medicaid. As I was told by Medicaid, file a grievance with Medicaid and have them look over the info for further provider issues, dont bother talking to them when they dont know what they are doing. Dates of SERVICE are located on the authorization when they refuse to bill when asked by Medicaid, its against Medicaid policy!

Anywhere you see AIG (even if they add something after it), on any flight insurance, anything anywhere stay away you will waste your money! Call your travel agent for more info, and add your phone insurance to your plan! Do your research you will see different AIG types and they are all the same BS!

one of the benefits of using the card is the replacement of your cell phone in case of lost or stolen, this is the biggest joke of all, the policy is written bu AIG which if you pull reviews you will see all the BS reports from other consumers here, nothing different as I am out a phone. Had I known it was AIG, I would had purchased the coverage through my cell phone company, now I am screwd again by this company. Last year they would not cover my cancelled flight because the pilots didn't show up and that is not one of their covered agreements again, LOST $835

In October, after finally agreeing to the lease changes in August/September after I had to file a Civil Rights complaints that HUD agreed to investigate, we signed a six-month lease. Still, nobody came over even after I was told they would again to repair the problems so I gave them sixty days’ notice, bought a house to stop this anxiety of the mess of management companies and landlord’s in St Joseph County like this, these people knew I had ptsd and cared less.

They took over management of the rental house I live in June 1, 2019, in May/June we agreed on a lease and said they would send it over for my lawyer to look at, never did. Sending emails to everyone at the company to send me a copy, even to info@***.net an email address on their website, still no answer. Finally beginning of August, they are telling me I need to stop in, or they come over to sign the lease immediately, won’t send me a copy for my lawyer to review. Then finally they email it over and tell me I have 48 to sign or they will evict me, they bullied me into trying to sign a lease without the agreed changes. Watch the media soon! These people are cruel human beings, you will also see more info on how the rich are taking from the poor again here in St Joseph County IN. I have not even started! For information on how to stop Indiana from making renters suffer when they do nothing wrong, go to my FB page Tenants of St Joseph County IN, "Enough is Enough" We need change, NOW!
