Verizon Wireless - Trying to get anything done with customer is impossible and coverage in Andrews North Carolina 28901 sucks.

Trying to enroll in autopay, anyone I have talked with cannot help me. When we got our phones, the one person at customer service said when we were ready to do autopay to call customer service. Well, that just isn't true because no one is willing to help. I do not like to use online and would rather talk to a person.
