Apparently no one is available to take phone calls. All I needed was a little help with a situation.

Facebook - Unreasonable bad review from a disgruntled employee.
Previous employee is using other individuals accounts to post messages that are untrue. Its a defamation of character for our business. Just because she didnt get her way. Not to mention her customer service was beyond disgusting. You dont get an attitude with customers. Customers are always right. Even if theyre wrong, theyre right. You dont argue with customers.
Loss:

Cons:
- Not being able to get help
- Unlocking your account
- No customer service or support
Preferred solution: We’re losing customers because of bad attitudes of certain employees. And the ones we have to let go, make false comments online. Our customers see this. So we’re losing business. Something needs to happen to remove this.
