She took my meal and did not replace it. She is not fit to manage.

I believe she had forgotten that customers are always right. And she needs to be stepped down

My wife did a drive thru order and never received the sauces that she requested. After bringing the meal home and discovering that it was missing. I decided to go back and replace the meal and get sauces. The manager and I got into an argument after she said no to the replacement of the order. I than requested to replace it or deal with the consequences. It is not my fault that her staff cant do their jobs. So management took my meal and left with no food replacement or refund

User's recommendation: I guess we have to do their jobs and double check them.

The customer is not always right. The customer needs to be respectful.

If you ran your mouth and said “or face the consequences “, I say good for them.

People like you will learn that post Covid , retailers learned they can survive without the mouthy customer. Do better.
