We tried to book two bikes on one phone and the app would not allow it. As tourists, this is how we've done it in many cities. We could not use the bike we initially took and returned it to the nearest spot as the initial one was full. Then, we contacted Customer Service and they are refusing to refund us the money, even if we did not use the bike and paid a full 24h rate. Not recommended at all, awful and unfair customer service, terrible app.
Preferred solution: Full refund

If you've been able to resolve, could you please post here or post any other ways you've been able to resolve; filing a complaint, contacting an atty, etc. My family member is experiencing same and CitiBike is now claiming that they cannot locate bike and are charging for bike replacement.
