Optimum - Wasted hours chatting with idiots

Too long of a saga to reiterate here. Could write a novel about the inept, illiterate service persons and the struggle to get a point across. Countless hours on the phone and chat, 2 technicians, 2 remotes, 3 cable boxes, mis-addressed shipping labels, and I still have issues. Trying to get a lousy $11 credit for a replaced, broken cable box was like have a colonoscopy without drugs! The biggest problem in my area is that there is no competition for them.
