Verizon Wireless - I requested to have my due date changed after paying my bill after that they sent me 2 notices saying my bill was past due and did not change my due date. I’ve been with this co. over 20 yrs. and

Recently theyre service has gone downhill on top of the additional charges they add on and complicated phone monologue with their computer you must go through before getting a live person. Honestly this wouldnt be my first choice.

User's recommendation: Do not go auto pay you’ll be sorry.
