I have called this Customer Service line FIVE different times to get a refund processed on a lawnmower bagger that was delivered to us in shambles. Ive attached photos of the condition it arrived in (not joking).

It was dropped off in a pile on a palate and saran-wrapped together. Do you know how long I have to wait on hold to be connected with a custom service representative? 45 MINUTES MINIMUM per call!!! I dont have time to spend hours on hold for Cub Cadet to send me a damn return shipping label and process my return!

I have requested a return shipping label three different times and am told it should be emailed to me in the next weekday or so. This is the most ridiculous and laughable customer service I have ever received.

I paid over $450 for a lawnmower bagger, there should be some way for me to return this large pile of rubbish that was delivered to my home. The unbelievable inadequate customer service offered for the price Ive paid for this product is unreal.
