RockAuto - I feel that customers need to be understood better

I ordered a certain part and something else came it wasn't the right part they send me an email with a return label for me to go print out I lose my telephone with my email address in it and my password so I can't remember my password to get into my email on another phone so I find that number online I call it I didn't get no answer there was a chat thing on their page where they would talk to you online they kept putting me off and I don't think that that's very good business for them anyway thank you to make sure when you order a part from them you verify it is the right part that you need

RockAuto sent me a return label to my email address but I lost My phone. I need to give RockAuto my new email address. So they can send me another return label. My new email is jamesh987654****@***.com and my new phone number is 931-401-****.
