Vivint - Lies over parts replaced and upgraded

Service rep in my area, came to my house. Was saying I needed an upgrade, we had once before. Two door Sensors didnt work, so they needed replaced, new ring doorbell, inside control then. He made a few calls, said payments 5 mths $65 then drop back to $55. Wrong, billing $260 for 5 months. I said get it out of my house!
