Resolved: Xoom - Money transer delayed 4 days

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. They finally delivered the money 6 days late. Never heard back from them, no explanation of any sort..

I used Xoom to send money on Saturday morning 9:30 for my son's birthday on Monday and to pay rent. The money did not arrive until 3ish Wednesday afternoon. Two days after my son's birthday and 4 days after I send it for delivery same day Saturday. I reached out 4 times to Xoom to inquire about the delivery, received emails using Covid 19 as the excuse. With a phone to call if I still wanted to discuss further. Called the phone only to hear a recording instructing me to email them due to covid 19. I totally understand not having the phones man, but I do not understand my money getting lost for 4 days when this is an electronic transaction.

Blink Health - Extremely upset customer Blink is a RIP OFF

I placed an order through Blink, which had me pay for a medical evaluation online. I checked daily to see if my prescription was filled. Nothing, then one day it showed the order shipped 10 days earlier. I never received the order. Contact their customer service and was told I needed to deal with the USPS that they could not help me and could not send another order unless I get a prescription from the doctor by paying for another medical evaluation. They had also charged me for a second order which they would not ship until I got a prescription. Why did they charge my credit card if the had not shipped or filled an order. Total RIP OFF!!!!!!

Blink was fantastic for me, I was very skeptical, however I placed an order with them and got my prescription fill at Wal-Mart. There was no hassle and saved over 250$ I am a very happy camper!
