Mackenzie-Childs - Need help with order

This is the worst customer service. Your 800 says you're only answering questions by email. I have no email. I get a NY number, and it advises not only leave an email but also push to talk to someone, and After waiting I'm told to leave a message. I leave a message to call me. But no call, and now you're asking me to review the process. IT IS A TERRIBLE PROCESS. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. NOT CUSTOMER FACING BUT CUSTOMER HIDING I STEAD. how about you reach out to me as asked to try to assist with my question and problem???
