Maxwell Scott Bags - Maxwell Scott - Wonderful company!

I ordered a wallet for my husband's birthday from Maxwell Scott and I am over the moon with the quality of the product and the customer service recieved. I am not good with technology so ordered over the phone, the lady who I spoke to was polite and helpful when assisting me with my order. She asked what kind of wallet I was looking for and found me the perfect item which is just to my husband's taste! The look on his face when he opened the box was priceless. I utterly reccomend this company if you are looking for special luxury gifts. I will be going back to order myself a leather bag in the near future! I particually liked how well the gift was wrapped, I got it sent to myself so I could wrap it again but this was not needed! You can get these beautiful wallets sent straight to the recipent, coming beautifully gift wrapped. Great company.

IKEA - Bad products!

Going to Ikea is a horrible experience. It's busy, overcrowded and filled with overpriced products that fall apart. My two experiences with Ikea have been abysmal. A bought a sofa which decided to fall apart within the first few months of use. Next time I went I purchased a mirror for my daughter that was impossible to put together let alone read the poorly written instructions. The prices of the products initially seem ok, but once you purchase you will realise just how bad the quality of the items are. I have been disappointed with their stores, customer service and products and I will not be visiting Ikea again any time soon.

actually the mirror came in three parts and was very complicated, so yes it did need instructions.

How hard is it to mount a mirror. I never heard of mirrors with instructions.

EasyJet - Poor customer service

I flew with EasyJet for the third time last year. The first two times were okay but nothing special, the third time I flew was appalling! My flight was cancelled so I went up to the flight desk to ask what was wrong. The lady at the counter said she didn't know (helpful) and there was nothing she could do. We ended up waiting around for a good hour before being told anything. We were not told the reason for the flight being cancelled but were told to follow a person in uniform. I followed this man who was walking far too fast before I lost him, as did a large group of people. We walked around the airport not knowing what to do or where to go. After finally finding the desk we thought the man was leading us to we waited an hour in a long *** to be seen. When we finally got to the front of the desk we were told we should have got our luggage first and that they wouldn't see to us since then. The staff were so rude and unkind! We were also told that if our luggage was lost it was our fault as we should have picked it up by now. An hour or so later after picking up our luggage and queuing AGAIN, we were told the next flight would not be until the following night (our flight was supposed to be early on that morning). After deciding that we needed to get there as soon as possible, we were advised to get a flight to another place in France and get a train from there. After a night of sleeping in a horrible hotel with little money given to us to spend on food we started our journey. Little did we know the length of the journey or the trouble it would cause. We were not told that it would take us 10 hours to get from one airport to the next for a start. Our train ended up costing £200! After our holiday (funnily enough the plane was cancelled on the way back!!!) I called EasyJet up to ask for my money back for the train tickets. First they asked for proof, two weeks later after I sent the receipts I called them again. They said the money would be back in my account after 10 days. Two weeks later and nothing. I am still chasing EasyJet for my money and will be complaining about the poor customer service I received in this terrible incident. Do not fly with them!

Aussie hair care is fabulous!

I have been using Aussie hair care for about 6 months now and I am so pleased! I have naturally quite thin and fragile hair and it works a treat at making it look fuller and healthier. It is much more expensive than average hair care products, but the extra price is worth it! I especially like the 3 minute miracle conditioner, gives your hair much needed life after constant colouring and blow drying and makes your hair look like you have just been to the salon. I would definitely recommend these products for anyone who has trouble taming unruly locks!

Argos - Always good customer service and delivery!

I have been buying from Argos for many years now. I have always been pleased with the level of care they put into each order being such a big company. I recently purchased a washing machine from them, whilst the washing machine did not live up to expectations, Argos were on time when delivering and were able to help me install it with a smile on their face! On wanting to exchange the washing machine they were more than helpful in explaining to me how the exchange policy works and even recommended another product! Thumbs up to Argos! I am continually impressed.

I have had nightmare after nightmare with them and I as one am certainly not impressed. We spent nearly two thousand pounds on products from them, three of them products broke down, one in the first day.

When we phoned (25 different calls later) to complain the customer service was appalling, they were not interested. When I got put through to one particular lady she hung up on me. It took me 6 weeks to get my appliances replaced, I had to in the meantime buy a second hand fridge freezer to get me over this period. Appalling company, disgusting to talk to, do not follow procedures, do not stick to the sale of goods act and treat you like your nothing!!

Avoid at all costs, lots of people I spoke to while going through it says the company is not like it was. I live in Bishop Auckland, County Durham.

Asda - terrible delivery!

I shop at Asda as it is the closest shop to me and it is fine in terms of food and price. However, recently I have been doing a lot of shopping online and decided to do my monthly Asda shop online... After deciding on a time for them to deliver (most slots were full so I had to pick a time that was not convenient for me) they delivered an hour and a half late! The delivery man was rude and unhelpful and did not apologise for the lateness. I decided it was a one off, but remarkably the same thing has now happened to me three times. One delivery driver's excuse for being late was 'it happens' Asda is great for value, but I will not be ordering my food online again!
