Amazon UK - Exchange the Item not proper and tight.

The ordered item was received, as it was tight, want an exchange for next bigger size (i.e.46 size) the pickup person at around 4.30pm told me on phone he would be in 15 minutes, then when asked another person would pick up, later around 6.00 pm, said tomorrow it would be pickup. Even the collar is like torn or not stitched properly, what number could I call, or give me a call in the morning.
