Collins Comfort Masters - BRAND NEW DUAL LENNOX UNIT from COLLINS COMFORT MASTER PHX AZ

Brand new unit installed in 12/2018 for my rental home - unit was not used until tenant moved in the weekend of Feb 9-10th 2019 - within in 2 days of use unit failed, he was not working and "Critical Error" message on digital/wifi thermostat. Technician came out could not diagnose the issue and advised my tenant to turn off the circuit breaker and turn back on after 10 minutes. WHAT??? Issue continued to happen and it took 4 extra days for the 'part' to be installed and repair the issue because the managers and dispatcher ignored the directions to call the tenant for ALL service scheduling. Unbelievable - Mark Steinberg the Customer Service Manager agreed that they made many mistakes yet was arrogant and lacked sincerity in trying to rectify there MULITPLE MISTAKES this company is INCOMPETENT. Meanwhile - had 2 other managers involved along the way that also dropped the ball Chris Stelling and Paul Guererro. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you expect integrity!!!!

Credit to Costco financing reflecting loss of income when rent was reduced since tenant had heat issues for 1 week - Collins Comfort Masters needs to extend 5 year SERVICE PLAN FREE
