Comcast - Not able to watch Chanel’s I pay for!

You never let my call go through! I pay over $300 a month for service and have to be frustrated when we try to use some Chanels we pay for. Then cant even get a call through to you. Im definitely looking at my options to replace the service you provide. Tv phone and internet ! Unbelievable how you dont even allow calls to go through!

Xfinity - Tv never get premium Chanel’s I pay for

I never can watch Chanels I pay for its very frustrating and I shouldnt have to sign in every time I want to watch paramount plus or epics evert time I want to watch it. This is the 1md time in a week I have had to contact you to resolve issue. And now I cant even get a person in the line to speak to so I get to write this and then tell someone also! ***
