Tinder - Refund request

Hello, My subscription was renewed without my consent. I have not received an email informing me. I haven't received anything since my mailbox has been at 100% capacity for a long time and I don't receive anything. Please do the necessary refund. Tinder is a company that I appreciate and do not wish to renew for the moment.
