Verizon Wireless - I spent close to an hour with a rep trying to reactivate services and all they did was try to upsell a phone to me

I spent close to 45 minutes texting with an agent about wanting to reactivate an account and all they did was try to upsell a newer phone to me. It was only towards the end that I discovered that the "free" upgrade wasn't free at all but I would have to have a specific plan that would be much more costly that the one I had before. I stated several times that I did not want o pay more for any services and instead of that being respected and considered I found out otherwise. It was a complete waste of my time!!!Doubtful!!!

I just want my old plan back at the price I was paying, no new phone or extra services I don't need to pay for in any way!!!
