Verizon Wireless - I called and was on hold for 43 minutes before a rep answered.

I asked the rep to transfer me to a supervisor please. She informed me her supervisor was on a call but she could have him call me. Of course he never called. Completely worthless customer service.

Verizon Wireless - Drafted my balance due on a closed account even tho I had called 48 hours to stop the draft.

Verizon drafted my payment weeks early from the payment arrangement I had set up. This caused me to overdraw my checking account/ I had called 2 days before the draft date to stop the payment and was told it would not draft. The reason I closed my account was due to Verizon advertising 5g in my area and I upgraded phone- barely have service and never have seen 5g on my phone. Verizon informed me it is not even available in my area after I just got the advertisement in the mail. But of course Verizon will do nothing about it so I close my account for 21 years of doing business with them.

User's recommendation: Use another cellular company! Verizon is a crooked company! They lie!
